We had a lovely stay. The weather was cool, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the spa and pool. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area were great, we cooked many meals on the grill, and watched basketball in the evening on the massive living room TV, or the TV by the pool when weather permitted. The beds were comfortable, the large island was great for our large group, and the view to the canal was beautiful. Thank you for the great stay

Friends and family had a wonderful time! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities were amazing and truly made the stay even better.Nicole was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything from check-in to check-out smooth and stress free. We felt very well taken care of the entire time. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

Nicole and her home were amazing!! Nicole gave such great hospitality!! She always responded right away! The house was so beautiful! The kitchen was super big and had everything you could possibly need! All the bathrooms were very spacious! The spa was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!!!

We travel a lot for Baseball and Nicole has been the best communication hands down. She responded in less than 5 minutes to everything (and I sent her a lot of messages). She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house was identical to the pictures, she adjusted the pool and spa times daily for us around our schedules and was just a message away for anything. Downfall for us was 4 out of the 12 of us got sick so we didnt get to enjoy everything to the fullest but everyine else did, especially all the boys and fishing was a huge hit for them from the back yard!

We spent five wonderful days at Nicole’s Airbnb, and it was truly a delightful stay from start to finish. Nicole was an excellent host—thoughtful and welcoming. She had coffee available for us and even provided complimentary cinnamon muffins, which was a very nice touch. The home was exceptionally clean and clearly well cared for. The pool was clean, the hot tub was very enjoyable, and there were board games available for the whole family, which we appreciated. Our favorite room in the house was the TV room. The extra-large couch and karaoke machine made it the perfect family gathering spot. We spent every evening snuggled up together watching TV, and the kids had an entertaining karaoke competition that created some great memories. Nicole also recommended one of the best restaurants we’ve visited—the Ugly Grouper on Anna Maria Island—which was an outstanding suggestion. We would highly recommend staying here and thank Nicole for helping create many pleasant family memories.

This was the perfect home for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). We could be together in common areas without feeling like we were on top of each other. Kids had space to be kids, adults had a place to relax, and the pool was utilized every day. We mostly cooked at home and there were 2 Publix supermarkets within a 2 mile radius from the house, and plenty of other restaurants. Close to the beach (Anna Maria Island) and very easy to get around. Nicole and her team were very helpful and responsive. We appreciate the smooth process even though this was a last minute decision to visit. I would definitely consider renting this location again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our family of 5 stayed here on short notice while we were in Bradenton for work, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable… everything we needed to feel right at home! The backyard and pool were absolutely perfect for our active kids and gave them plenty of space to play and unwind. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to great restaurants and fun activities, which made everything easy and stress-free. Nicole was incredibly sweet and attentive, especially given our last-minute stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay! This was a wonderful place for a family, with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The pool, shuffleboard, putting green, and karaoke machine were all big hits. The home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet it’s conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and fun family getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were the most responsive of any Airbnb I've stayed. Any time I had a question, I had an answer in minutes! The house was comfortable, had a great energy, and was spotless. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful view outside. The spa, pool, and grill were perfect for the 7 of us. Beds were cozy and kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner.

My husband and I stayed at Nicole’s with my son, his wife, and their 6 children. Everyone had an amazing time. The kids were so excited to find all the fun activities in the backyard, the pool and hot tub, as well as the garage set-up with a pool table, ping pong table etc. The inside was clean, roomy, well appointed, and cozy. The grandkids found it quite a treat to have a tv in each room. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having towels specific for the pool, and plenty of trash bags, detergent, dish soap etc. The coffee bar off the kitchen was a hit as well!! All of the instructional videos came in handy We enjoyed the outside fire-pit in the evening, although we did not have a chance to use the outdoor movie projector. I guess we will have to visit again!!
